​Where do the 1-2-1 coaching sessions take place? 

1-2-1 coaching sessions take place at your home or around your local area.  We believe it is important to train in environments with real life distractions that you and your dog will be exposed to day-to-day.

What training methods do you use?
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach here. Training is tailored to the individual dog, using methods and tools that best support their learning, temperament, and your lifestyle. The goal is always to build clear communication, confidence, and long-term results that work in the real world.

How do I know which training option is right for my dog?
We'll start with an assessment to understand your dog’s behaviour and your goals. From there, I’ll recommend the option that gives you the right level of support for lasting results.

How do I pay for services?

Payment is to be made via Bank Transfer ahead of services commencing. A payment link will be sent to you along with your booking confirmation.

What is your refund policy?​

Is there ongoing support after training?

Of course. We’ll stay connected with regular check-ins and follow-ups to keep progress on track and address any challenges along the way.
